Divisions
The Office of General Affairs is divided into the following divisions:
General Services Division
• Procurement of goods and services.
• Management of campus shuttle buses and vehicles for official use.
• Processing and proofreading of official documents.
• Handling of industry correspondence.
• Switchboard management and maintenance.
Construction and Maintenance Division
• Supervision and monitoring of construction operations and procedures.
• Maintenance and repairing of water, electricity, air conditioning systems, central surveillance system and other electronic systems including telecommunication, fire protection, and audio-visual systems.
• Implementation and enforcement of low carbon initiatives and policies.
Property Management Division
• Management of all campus properties, buildings, and facilities.
• Management and maintenance of staff dormitories.
Cashier Division
• Handling of all monetary transactions and services including receiving, issuing, paying, and transferring of cash, checks, and tuition fees.
• Processing and safeguarding of deposits and receipts.
Environmental Health and Safety Division
• Implementation of initiatives to promote sustainable development of the campus.
• Management of health and safety on campus.
• Management of disaster prevention protocols on campus.
• Planning and maintenance of campus landscape.
